We offer a variety of room categories designed for families, ensuring that there is just the right space and comfort for every need. Our room options grow with your children – from baby cot to their very own room.
Holidays with Your Baby
For our youngest guests, we are happy to provide a baby cot, changing mat and nappy bin. In the restaurant, comfortable highchairs are available. All rooms include Wi-Fi, so you can easily use a baby monitor app on your phone.
Family Rooms and Deluxe Double Rooms (Kreuzboden or Sonnblick)
All our Family Deluxe Rooms are about 35 m² in size and offer a double bed for parents and a comfortable sofa bed for children. Children up to their 6th birthday stay for free when sharing a room with two full-paying adults. After that, we offer fixed discounted rates up to age 16.
Children’s rates when sharing with two full-paying adults:
0–5 years: free of charge
6–10 years: € 45 per child and night
11–16 years: € 65 per child and night
Family rooms accommodate two adults and two children comfortably. On request, an extra bed for a third child can be added. Please contact our reservation team in advance.
Family Studio Room
Our largest family accommodation, approximately 45 m², offers plenty of space for everyone. The parents’ and children’s bedrooms are separate, and the living area provides a cosy space for family time together. This layout ensures everyone has their own retreat while still sharing one large suite. Ideal for two adults and two children, with the option to extend the sofa in the living room for up to two additional children.

Many children can’t wait to finally have their own room on holiday. We offer smaller double rooms at attractive rates, located right next to the parents’ room – perfect for peaceful nights for everyone.
The View That Captures Your Heart
No matter which room category you choose – each offers a magnificent view of the Rauris mountains. From the moment you wake up, you can enjoy the sight of forests, meadows and alpine peaks, all just outside the hotel doors.
Our young guests love to play – indoors and outdoors. Whether in the garden or in the indoor playroom, fun is always guaranteed. Children quickly make new friends, and every day becomes an adventure.

Perfectly located in the garden – parents can easily keep an eye on the children from the terrace or outdoor pool. The playground includes a climbing frame, slide, swings and seesaws.
For families with children, swimming is a must on holiday – and at the Rauriserhof, it’s possible in any weather. Cool off after a hike or a ski day, or simply unwind in the pool with mountain views.
The indoor pool is 8 x 15 metres and offers beautiful panoramic views of the Rauris mountains. The highlight is the heated outdoor pool, open all year round, even in winter.
Pool Times and Temperatures
Summer (May to October):
Our garden area with the outdoor pool and the indoor pool offers plenty of space – so children can simply be children while adults find quiet corners to relax.
A true holiday wouldn’t be complete without good food. All our packages already include the Rauriserhof Indulgence Board.
Breakfast buffet with egg dishes from our live cooking station, daily from 7:30 to 10:00.
Afternoon snack with spreads, fruit, salad, soup, cakes and sweets, daily from 14:00 to 16:30. In winter, an additional warm dish is included.
Five-course dinner menu in the evening – the perfect way to end your day.
For our younger guests, the kitchen team prepares special children’s dishes during holiday periods – either as a buffet or a separate children’s menu. Choosing their own plate is often the highlight of the day. Children may also order from the adult menu; a small supplement may apply depending on the main course.
At the Rauriserhof, families have countless opportunities to explore nature. The Hohe Tauern National Park – Austria’s largest protected area – is right on your doorstep.
