Do I have to be a hotel guest to book a beauty treatment?

Our priority is the peace and relaxation of our hotel guests. Non-resident guests are welcome to book cosmetic treatments subject to availability. However, general Day Spa access to our pool and sauna areas is not available for external visitors.

How early should I book an appointment?

We recommend reserving your preferred slot prior to your arrival. Afternoon appointments in particular book up quickly, especially during holiday peak seasons.

How long does a treatment take?

The Classic Manicure and Classic Pedicure each take around 50 minutes, while the Pampering Pedicure takes approximately 75 minutes. Eye treatments are brief and can easily be added to other sessions.

Can I visit the indoor pool or sauna right after a pedicure?

Generally yes. If you choose classic nail polish, however, we recommend waiting approximately 1 to 2 hours before entering warm water or the sauna to allow the polish to fully cure.

Is foot care suitable after multi-day mountain hikes?

Yes, that is precisely what it is designed for: following long treks through the Krumltal, the Rauris Virgin Forest, or around Kolm Saigurn – as well as after days spent in rigid ski boots.

Which skincare products are used?

At the BergSpa, we rely on premium certified skincare lines formulated with natural active ingredients, specifically chosen to replenish and regenerate stressed skin after active days in the alpine environment.

Alpine Care for Hands, Feet, and Eyes

After a walk through the Rauriser Urwald, a climb towards Kolm Saigurn or a long day on the slopes of the Rauriser Hochalmbahnen, it is usually your hands and feet that have done the work. That is exactly where our cosmetics area in the BergSpa comes in.

We take our time with every treatment and work calmly, never by the clock. A classic manicure, thorough professional foot care or a few fine touches around the eyes – you leave the room feeling well looked after from head to toe, and head into the evening relaxed.

One tip in advance: book your preferred slot before you arrive if you can. Afternoons are particularly popular.

TREATMENTS FOR HANDS AND FEET

Manicure Classic
Well-groomed hands get noticed – in a handshake as much as in a holiday photo. We shape your nails the way you like them, tend to the cuticles gently and care for your hands with a nourishing cream. If you wish, a polish of your choice rounds off the treatment.

Pedicure Classic
Classic foot care for everyone who is out and about a lot. A warm foot bath comes first, followed by professional foot care including precise nail and callus treatment. Pressure points and areas of strain are attended to specifically. A rich cream at the end leaves the skin noticeably soft. Particularly welcome after several days of hiking in the Valley of Springs, or after hours in sturdy walking boots.

Pampering Pedicure
Our comprehensive programme for hard-working feet. After the warm foot bath, a gentle exfoliation refreshes the skin, followed by professional foot care with thorough nail and skin treatment. A balancing foot massage loosens the tissue and gets the circulation going. Nourishing nail oil finishes the treatment – or, if you prefer, a polish in your favourite colour. Ideal at the end of an active holiday, or on arrival day when the walking week is still ahead of you.

BRIGHT EYES

Small treatments with a big effect: tinted lashes and brows deliver what mascara promises in the morning – in the indoor pool, in the year-round heated outdoor pool and in the sauna too. Practical on holiday, because your morning make-up routine simply disappears.

We shape your brows to suit your features – gently plucked, never pressed into a template.
